Magic pumpkins

Yesterday we planted magic seeds - a mix of pumpkin seeds and glitter. We tossed them over our shoulders, along the playground fence ...

... and then made predictions as to what our magic seeds might grow into. General consensus was that we'd soon find a beanstalk growing on our playground. 

This morning, here's what we found:

The children were SO excited to see tiny pumpkins growing along the fence! And there were 15 - the exact number of students in our class! Must be magic! ;-)

"It's punkins! It's punkins!" they squealed.
