Last week we presented our "All About Me" posters to the class. The children loved sharing their family members, plus their likes and dislikes, with us.
Tomorrow, we'll share our first trip to the HVCS computer lab, plus a fun activity we did to experience our sense of touch.
Letter B masks!
Painting watercolor circles.
Our boys love to cook in the kitchen!
Mrs. Libby pretended to be a monster, and the kids LOVED it.
Today, the entire school celebrated "See You At the Pole," a day where Christians gather around flagpoles to pray for the nation. Older students led us in prayers for our national and local government, for our school, our churches, and our families. Mrs. Connie even led everyone in singing My Country 'Tis of Thee and God Bless America!
We were so proud of how well our K3 students paid attention!
Mr. Chalky Face!
Finally, since we're learning the letter D this week, we've been singing "Five Little Ducks," a reverse counting song. Toward the end of the song, none of the little ducks come back when their mother calls them, and Mrs. Connie and Mrs. LeeAnne always pretend to cry in this part. The kids' expressions are always so funny, so today we remembered to take pictures of their precious faces.
